We have a non-refundable return policy, which means we only allow exchanges only from date of purchase with in 30 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • We do not refund worn or damaged items. Only an exchange might apply.

Non-Returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange based on product availability. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days (depending on your payment provider).

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
  • Refunds will be issued for the value of the item(s) only, excluding original shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item and process a refund or exchange. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
